Anwar Government Moves to Dismiss MPs' Challenge to Malaysia-US Trade Deal
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and his government have filed applications to strike out a lawsuit brought by opposition MPs challenging the Malaysia-US reciprocal trade agreement. The opposition simultaneously seeks Federal Court review of constitutional questions arising from the deal.
