Ex-IT Professional Penalised RM18,000 for Misusing Government Subsidy
A former information technology professional in Besut has been convicted of misusing another person's identity card to exploit the government's Budi95 subsidy programme. The magistrate's court imposed a fine of RM18,000 or 18 months' imprisonment.
