Four arrested as Vietnamese police shut down plot to relocate Cambodian online scam network
Police in Vietnam's Phu Tho province have charged four individuals, including a Chinese national, after foiling an attempt to relocate an online scam operation from Cambodia. The group was preparing infrastructure for an influx of fraudulent call centre workers.
