Five arrested in scratch-and-win scam targeting vulnerable elderly victims
Perak police have arrested five individuals suspected of operating a scratch-and-win lottery fraud ring that victimised two elderly women, extracting RM77,000 in combined valuables across Ipoh and Taiping.
