Service Tax Exemption for Non-residential Buildings Set to Reduce Management Costs
Malaysia will exempt Service Tax on service charges and sinking fund contributions for non-residential buildings from July 1, 2026, reducing operational costs for property management bodies and building occupiers across the country.
