High Court Orders Political Activist Che'gu Bard to Present Defence in Defamation Case Against King
Malaysia's High Court has reversed the acquittal of political activist Badrul Hisham Shaharin, requiring him to mount a defence against defamation charges stemming from statements he made about an alleged meeting with the King two years ago.
