Ajinomoto's Parent to Take Malaysian Unit Private in RM603.4mil Delisting Bid
Japan's Ajinomoto Co Inc, which owns half of Ajinomoto (Malaysia) Bhd, is seeking to take the monosodium glutamate producer private through a RM603.4mil capital reduction, offering minority shareholders a 31.58% premium to the last trading price.
